NYC workers' vaccination rate rises with mandate taking effect Monday

Some 91% of city workers had received the COVID-19 vaccine as of Saturday evening, according to the city. More than 24,000 employees hadn't, but FDNY and NYPD officials say their departments are prepared to cope with any labor shortages on Monday.
